Palt – national dish in the north of Sweden – Lappland.
The original is cooked and is lika tennis balls but if you eat it later you dice and fry them as above.
With palt you have a lot of butter and, home made, lingonberry jam.
Pssst – you should have milk to drink but I forgot to buy it and had to have a coke instead…
